Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact our order support within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or Telegram. We will put it right with a replacement or refund.

Sealed Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Please check your order on arrival.
